The real problem

It was never a compliance problem. It was a margin problem.

You did not train for this. You trained to sit across from a family and work out what happens to them if the worst happens. Instead you spend your week producing a document that almost nobody reads, to satisfy a process built for a different kind of advice entirely.

Writing life risk under Personal Advice

  • A full fact find on every single client, whatever the case size
  • A Statement of Advice that runs to fifty pages before it is checked
  • Weeks between the first meeting and the policy going in force
  • Compliance cost that scales with your volume, not with your revenue
  • Ongoing obligations that follow you for the life of the relationship

Writing life risk under HAE Financial

  • Advice scoped to the product, not to the client’s entire financial life
  • No Statement of Advice, because General Advice does not require one
  • Hours rather than weeks from first conversation to cover in place
  • A compliance framework we build, run, monitor and maintain
  • Your obligations stay proportionate to the advice you actually give

To be clear, General Advice is not an absence of obligation. It carries its own requirements, and we take them seriously. What it removes is the personal advice overhead that was never proportionate to a life risk conversation in the first place.

The cost of another year

Every quarter you wait has a number attached to it.

Hours you never get back

Every case carries a fact find, an SOA and a compliance review. That is time you cannot bill, cannot recover and cannot reinvest into the next client.

Revenue you never wrote

While one case grinds through a full personal advice process, the next three sit waiting. Your constraint has never been demand. It has been capacity.

Clients who went elsewhere

The families who needed cover last quarter did not wait for your paperwork. They either bought direct with no advice at all, or they bought nothing.

Ways to partner with us

Choose your growth strategy

Two ways to partner with us.

Same licence. Same systems. Same panel. The only difference is who delivers the advice, and that depends entirely on the business you have already built.

The Authorised Representative Model

Your brand, our engine

You operate as an Authorised Representative under your own business branding. The compliance, the systems, the panel access and the support are already built and already running. You are not starting a new business; you are building a better one!

  • Full compliance framework, live from day one
  • Access to all ten insurers on the panel
  • Systems, support and practice management included
  • 100% ownership of every client you write

Best for established businesses who want to be writing business immediately.

White Label Life

A complete business in a box

We help build your life risk division entirely under your own corporate brand. Your clients see your name on the website, the documents and the correspondence. We supply the Authorised Representative and the infrastructure required.

  • Your brand front to back, on every client touchpoint
  • We provide the AR, the framework and the systems
  • Built for existing businesses adding a risk arm
  • 100% ownership of every client you write

Best for established practices that have existing clients who require protection.

Not sure which one fits your practice? That is exactly what the discovery call is for.

Systems and technology

Compliance that runs quietly. Technology that powers your growth.

Most licensees hand you an authorisation and a policy manual, then send you an invoice. We run a CRM platform configured specifically for compliant General Advice delivery, and it does a great deal more than keep you out of trouble.

Compliant by design

Every General Advice interaction is captured, documented and auditable as you go, so the file assembles itself instead of waiting for you on a Friday afternoon.

An engine built for your brand

We provide the technology; you drive the growth. Beyond keeping you compliant, our CRM gives you the tools to host your website, manage your sales pipeline, and run your marketing.

Marketing, handled

Stop logging into multiple apps to post updates. Use our CRM’s built-in social planner to draft, schedule, and deploy your content across your networks.

Campaigns on autopilot

Automated campaigns to the book you already have. The clients already on your database are the cheapest new business you will ever write, and most advisers never touch them.

Scope of advice

What your clients can be protected for.

Your authority as an Authorised Representative covers the four core life risk products.

Life Insurance

A lump sum paid to the people who depend on them, on death or terminal illness.

Total & Permanent Disability

A lump sum when illness or injury means they are never going back to work.

Income Protection

Monthly income replacement while they are unable to earn, so the bills keep getting paid.

Trauma & Critical Illness

A lump sum on diagnosis of a specified condition, when the fight itself costs money.

Peer to peer

Built by advisers. Trusted by advisers.

Having an enterprise-grade CRM fully funded by the licensee is a game-changer. Having our compliance logging, automated disclosures, website hosting, and client pipeline consolidated in one system has saved us thousands in software subscriptions while allowing us to scale our client volume effortlessly.

Andrew Kim Your Advice

The White Label Life partnership gave us the exact structure we needed to launch our risk division without giving up our identity. It operates fully under our own brand, we retain complete client ownership and have the peace of mind that comes with HAE Financial’s robust General Advice framework backing every file.

Taela Bloemers Status Life

Transitioning to HAE Financial’s General Advice model completely transformed how our practice operates. Eliminating the endless SOA documentation cycle cut our compliance administration down dramatically. We can now deliver immediate comparative options to our clients while knowing our compliance record is 100% audit-ready.

Who you will actually deal with

Twenty five years of life insurance experience. Two mobile numbers.

Founded in 2018, HAE Financial was built by two practising advisers who realised the traditional personal advice model for life risk was no longer viable. Pete heads up compliance; Marty handles operations. They know exactly what it takes to build a profitable risk practice, and they provide the direct support to help you do it. When you call, one of them picks up.

Straight answers

The questions advisers actually ask.

If yours is not here, ring one of the directors. That is genuinely the fastest way to get it answered.

See all FAQs

Yes. All of them. Client ownership sits with you, not with us, and it stays that way for as long as you are with HAE and after you leave. This is written into the arrangement rather than promised verbally, because we know it is the single thing advisers worry about most when they move licensee.

General Advice is a long established authorisation under the Corporations Act. It is not a loophole and it is not a lesser form of advice. It is a different scope of advice, with its own obligations, including the general advice warning and design and distribution obligations.

What matters is that the framework around it is built properly and monitored. That is precisely what we do, and it is why Pete sits as Responsible Officer rather than outsourcing compliance to a third party.

It starts with a thirty minute call where we work out whether General Advice genuinely suits the book you are writing. If it does, we take you through authorisation, get you onto the platform, arrange your insurer accreditations and set up your systems.

We have done this enough times to know where it gets stuck, and we will tell you honestly at the outset if we think you are better off staying where you are.

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons advisers come to us. The platform is what makes the compliance framework work, because the audit trail is produced as a by-product of doing the job rather than as a separate task at the end of it.

The upside is that the same platform hosts your website, schedules your social content and runs campaigns to your existing book. Most advisers arrive treating it as a compliance requirement and end up using it as their main marketing channel.

Our approved product list covers ten insurers: Acenda, AIA, ClearView, Encompass Protection, Futura Protection, MetLife, NEOS, OnePath, TAL and Zurich. That is deliberately broad, because a narrow panel eventually forces you to place business somewhere that does not suit the client.

Stop leaving life risk revenue on the table.

One conversation, thirty minutes. We will tell you honestly whether General Advice suits your business, and whether HAE is the right licensee for it. If the answer is no, we will say so.

Speak directly with Marty or Pete. No call centre, no gatekeeper.
